I remember when I was a kid, I dreaded the end of summer. It meant waking up early, doing homework, less TV, and sitting for hours. Now that I’ve been out of school for a few years, I kind of miss the feeling of dreading the end of summer, since summer is now just a season and not a holiday.
In honor of many students starting school again, I wanted to post one of my children’s poems which is apart of a greater collection of children’s poems. You can read more here in my writing section. Please pass it along to all your brothers, sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews, or friends who may be experiencing a bit of the blues.
